Responsibilities

• Provide telephone information and support.
• Assist in administration and management processes for patients visiting the Centre.
• Support use of medical care and advocate for the patient.
• Ensure high standards of cleaning between forensic cases.
• Liaise with other agencies regarding historic cases.

Skills

Experience working with vulnerable adults and children

Knowledge of safeguarding

Understanding of confidentiality

Full UK driving license
