Worcestershire County Council invites applications for two permanent Front Door Advisor positions within Adult Communities & Provider Services. One post is 35 hours/week and the other 20 hours/week.

The role focuses on early advice, signposting to local wellbeing services and brief community interventions, with referrals to Social Work when needed. We follow the Building on Strengths approach and the role does not include personal care.

The Adult Front Door Service, within Adult Communities & Provider Services at Worcestershire County Council, is the first point of contact for people seeking health and wellbeing support. Two permanent posts are on offer, one at 35 hours and one at 20 hours.
