Worcestershire County Council is seeking an Adult Front Door Social Worker to join the team in Worcestershire. This 21-hour per week, permanent telephony-based role involves responding to referrals, assessing needs, and coordinating support to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will work within the Adult Front Door with colleagues to deliver timely, strengths-based practice, build rapport over the phone, and exercise sound professional judgement to manage risk and provide high-quality
