Qualifications

• Three years post-qualifying experience in adoption.
• Experience in Children's Services or Family Placement.
• Strong assessment, analytical and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Managers in operational management of the team.
• Ensure services delivered according to Adopt Thames Valley policies.
• Safeguarding and Child Protection policies followed.
