Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an Adoption Social Worker to join our SGO team. The role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of three years post-qualified experience and involves high quality assessments to secure the best placements for vulnerable children.

You will supervise foster carers, undertake unannounced visits, and manage complex cases, ensuring child safety. The position offers hybrid working, onsite parking, and a specialist team environment with strong Ofsted

Qualifications

• Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in a Children’s setting.
• Experience supervising foster carers.
• Experience working with Looked After Children or Leaving Care is helpful.

Responsibilities
