Qualifications

• Qualified social worker with adoption experience is essential.
• At least 3 years post-qualifying experience in adoption or related settings.
• Strong assessment, analytical and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Managers in operational management of the Permanence Support Team.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with Adopt Thames Valley policies and safeguarding guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child protection; raise concerns accordingly.
