Qualifications

• Experience of adoption or events coordination.
• Good understanding of needs of adoptive families.
• Keen to develop knowledge and skills further; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Support, organise and attend events and support groups across the Adopt Thames Valley region.
• Maintain the continuous development of our peer support offer.
• Assist the Team Managers, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Ensure services to users are delivered according to Adopt Thames Valley policies and guidance.
• Ensure services are planned and delivered to maximise participation and reflect Children’s Rights.
