Job summary

KidZania in London is actively recruiting for a number of energetic Team Leaders. You will line-manage front-line staff in Admissions, motivate large groups daily, and foster high performance while addressing underperformance.

You’ll help maintain high customer service standards and resolve visitor queries promptly, ensuring a fun and safe environment for kids and accompanying adults. The role is full-time with a permanent contract, offering a fun, inspiring workplace, training and development

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role
