The role involves handling food orders per Food Hygiene standards, assisting with deliveries, and keeping fridges, stock rooms, and working areas clean and well stocked. We offer part/full-time permanent contracts with weekday and holiday season availability.

Job Description

The Food & Beverage Assistant position is a varied role and great for those looking to start their career in a kitchen environment, hospitality or attractions. You will play an integral part in the wider Food & Beverage team. Reporting to the head chef, this role will involve assisting and supporting with food production, taking orders at the till and serving food whilst demonstrating great customer service skills. You will also be responsible for:

• Handling food orders in line with national Food Hygiene standards
• Assisting with deliveries
• Ensuring our fridge’s and stock room are clean and organised/ well stocked at all times
• Maintaining clean working areas
  o washing utensils and cutlery
  o removing kitchen waste/ emptying bins
  o cleaning floors and all surfaces

Additional Information

We are recruiting for a part/full-time positions on a permanent contract. Weekday and holiday season availability is essential for this role.
