Job summary

Unibridge Group is seeking an Admissions Officer to join our Admissions team in Luton. You will manage the admissions process, guide applicants, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a positive applicant experience.

This role suits someone with strong administration, customer service, and communication skills, structured, detail‑oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines. Office‑based, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, you will report to the Admissions Manager and contribute to

  • Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems, databases, or application management systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the admissions process with transparency, accuracy, and compliance while meeting deadlines and departmental targets.
  • Process and review student applications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain correspondence with applicants through email, telephone, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to admissions enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with academic and professional service departments to support applicant progression.
  • Ensure all applicant records are maintained accurately within relevant systems.
  • Keep up to date with admissions policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support colleagues by sharing knowledge, guidance, and training where required.
  • Report errors, issues, or concerns promptly and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
  • Comply with GDPR, compliance requirements, anti-bribery regulations, and company policies.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the level of the role.
