Job summary

Unibridge Group is seeking an Admissions Officer to manage the admissions pipeline, process applications accurately, and provide guidance to applicants. Based in Luton, this office-based role requires strong admin skills, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain records in CRM systems, and help ensure a smooth, compliant admissions journey for prospective students, contributing to a positive applicant experience.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems, databases, or application management systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process with transparency, accuracy, and compliance while meeting deadlines and departmental targets.
• Process and review student applications in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain correspondence with applicants through email, telephone, and other communication channels.
• Respond to admissions enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Liaise with academic and professional service departments to support applicant progression.
