Job summary

Exeter College is seeking a part-time Customer Service and Admissions Advisor to join our busy Admissions team in Exeter. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information to prospective students, current students, employers and other stakeholders, using a range of communication methods.

You will support learners on their journey from application to enrolment, ensuring your work is accurate and helpful and that you deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-facing roles.
• Ability to provide accurate information to stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
