Exeter College is seeking a proactive Training and Recruitment Advisor to recruit learners for Apprenticeship programmes across sectors in Exeter. The role is hands-on, requiring drive, initiative and superb organisation to manage multiple recruitment projects and events.

You will work to shape the Apprenticeship recruitment strategy, engage with employers, and represent the college at promotional events, delivering excellent customer service throughout.
