We currently have a vacancy for an Admissions Assistant based at our Deeside Campus.
As an Admissions Assistant you will help to provide first class support to the college admissions service. The prime function of the role is to provide a first class, customer focused, sector leading, fair and transparent applicant experience and College admissions service. The duties of an Admissions Assistant will include supporting the processing and checking of all student application forms (paper and online) within designated timescales. To respond appropriately and timely to enquiries, telephone calls, text messages, emails and Live Chat. To develop technological tools and services that enhance customer service levels and communicate with learners in the modern manner they are used to.
Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
