Job summary

University of Manchester is seeking motivated Admissions Assistants to join the Faculty Teaching, Learning and Student Experience team to support a fair and consistent admissions service. You will respond to enquiries, maintain applicant records, and help decide on course applications, including invitation to interview.

You will assist with admissions activities such as open days, interview days, and post-offer conversion, and administer core processes like CAS, ATAS and Occupational Health

• Good oral and written communication skills with an ability to deal with a wide range of people.
• Flexible and responsive to customer needs and able to provide information and guidance, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
• Good organisational skills, and able to prioritise work in a busy environment and meet strict deadlines.

We are seeking motivated and collaborative individuals to join our team as an Admissions Assistants. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Faculty Teaching, Learning and Student Experience team and support the delivery of a professional, fair and consistent admissions service within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

You will be responsible for:
