Devizes Health Centre is one of the regions first integrated care centres, this state-of-the-art facility delivers enhanced services in an improved clinical setting for people in and around Devizes. The centre offers local residents a wide range of health and wellbeing services under one roof. Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and care. Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient inquiries

Main duties of the job

1. Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.

2. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.

3. Handle patient check-in and check-out processes.

4. Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection regulations.

5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails

6. Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to relay messages and updates.

7. Assist in managing patient flow during busy times.

Job responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good general education
  • IT literate
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
