The postholder will provide administrative support for the core functions of the HR service, contributing to delivery of the Corporate Services Business Plan. Hours: 37 per week Location: Belfast/Holywood This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working, subject to an initial induction period. The Association Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs. To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum: Good general level of education to include at least five GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C) to include English and Maths or equivalent. OR QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification. AND One years administrative experience working in a customer facing role, to deadlines, in line with organisational procedures. Excellent IT literacy as demonstrated by at least a years work-related experience in use of Microsoft Office packages, to include word processing, email, databases, and spreadsheets. Experience of electronic and manual record keeping in adherence with data protection regulations. 4. Experience of working with confidential, or sensitive information on behalf of an employing organisation.
