You will upload records to Liquidlogic, highlight decisions and actions, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining confidentiality in safeguarding matters. Flexible 3 days per week across 22 hours.

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Northamptonshire Children's Trust for an Administrator to provide essential support managing a high volume of statutory meeting records within Children's Services.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, detail-focused individual with strong listening and written skills to contribute to safeguarding processes in a flexible, mostly remote role.
You will play a key role in producing accurate, high-quality minutes from recordings of statutory meetings such as Child Protection Conferences and reviews. With no requirement to travel between sites, your focus will be on efficiently listening to recordings and producing structured minutes using set templates. The role requires emotional resilience, as the content discussed within meetings can be sensitive in nature.
Interviews will be held face-to-face and will include a 20-minute minute-taking test.
