The role involves handling communications, minute taking, invoicing, and ensuring smooth processes across SharePoint and related systems.
You will join a busy safeguarding unit, work under daily deadlines, and contribute to delivering high-quality services for children, young people and families in Northamptonshire.

Northamptonshire Children's Trust Localities Business Support Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join our busy Safeguarding Business Support team, offering administrative support to Social Work teams.
This is a full-time post based in Corby but may require travel to other locations as and when required.

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires good verbal and written communication skills.
You will co-ordinate and manage the locality team's processes and systems in relation to communications and SharePoint, including mailbox monitoring, task action and response.
You will attend and take accurate minutes of statutory children’s services group meetings (including attendance records etc.) as directed by the children’s services operational leads, in accordance with their priorities, protocols and procedures.
You will work closely and jointly with the other service members as required to ensure continuity of support for Children’s Services and undertake other tasks as appropriate to the role to meet the needs of the business

You enjoy networking with multi agency professionals and are solution-focused, with experience in business support.
You are comfortable working to daily deadlines, in a fast paced, sensitive and confidential environment.
Experience in minute taking and processing invoices and experience of Microsoft Office packages is desirable as it will be a key task for these roles.
