The Oakleaf Group in Hartwell is seeking a part-time Minute Taker/Administrator to support the Interdisciplinary Team at their main site. This role focuses on accurate minute taking and clerical support within a multidisciplinary environment.
You will coordinate meetings, produce minutes, and assist with reports, while reporting to the Deputy Director. The position requires reliability, good written skills, and basic IT capabilities, with a friendly, team-oriented approach.
Permanent| Part-time| 14 hours per week (8.30am - 4.30pm, Mondays and Fridays)
Rate: £13.41 per hour

The Minute Taker/Administrator is responsible for providing high quality clerical and administrative support to the Multidisciplinary Team at Oakleaf. In addition, the Minute Taker/Administrator will be responsible for specific projects, as directed by the Deputy Director.
The Minute Taker/Administrator will report directly to the Deputy Director.
