CareTech is seeking a Maintenance Operative for The Oakleaf Hartwell site in Northampton. The role involves general maintenance, painting, cleaning and assisting with heating systems, with travel between sites as required.
We value reliable, communicative team players who can work independently while following safety regulations. The position is permanent and full-time with 37.5 hours per week.

The role of Maintenance Operative, is to work as a member of our well-established facilities team, in maintaining and ensuring a high standard environment for our reputable nursing homes based within the Northamptonshire area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established multi disciplinary team working within the field of acquired brain injury. The Oakleaf Group currently caters for a male client base specialising in neurological rehabilitation across various sites.
This role is at our Hilltop House site at Hartwell in Northampton, currently rated as Outstanding by CQC.
Working for this Leading Care Provider you will be instrumental in the provision of care and therefore it is desirable that you have a proven track record working in a similar position within the care sector.
