CareTech Community Services in Coventry is seeking Team Leaders to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs at St Marys. This permanent role involves 37.5 hours per week on a rota, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
You will deliver person-centred care, promote independence and work closely with the team to maintain high standards and accurate records. DBS checks and ongoing training are provided.

St Marys provides specialist-supported living accommodation for upto 9 men and women with a diagnosis of learning disability or autism and associated mental health and behavioural support needs.
