Job summary

Sanctuary Care in Oxford's Iffley is seeking an Administrator to join our friendly team. You will manage administrative systems, support payroll and staff records, and help keep the home running smoothly while delivering excellent resident and visitor service.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills with confidence managing varied tasks.
  • Experience in a residential care or similar setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues to enrich residents' daily lives
  • Manage the home's administrative systems with accuracy and care
  • Process payroll, maintain staff files and support financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash
  • Support data collation, monitoring and reporting to keep the home running smoothly
  • Use a methodical and organised approach to help the team deliver the best possible care
  • We can only accept applications from individuals with the right to work in the UK.
  • All roles require safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks if needed; for more information, please get in touch.
  • We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent illegal working. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary in the event of a successful application which we will pay for.
