Job summary

We are seeking a Care Team Leader for Iffley Residential and Nursing Home in Oxford. Join Sanctuary Care to lead a compassionate team, delivering person-centered care that respects residents’ dignity and individuality.

You will support wellbeing, encourage development of staff, and ensure care plans are followed while promoting engagement in activities and a warm, home-like atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
  • Team player who values collaboration.
  • Kindness and genuine interest in older people.
  • Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Your role
