Job summary

Change Grow Live in Manchester is seeking an Administrator to provide essential front-desk and administrative support across multiple locations. The role focuses on greeting visitors, handling calls, data entry and timely reporting to help service teams run efficiently.

Applicants should have solid office procedures knowledge, IT skills (Word/Excel), and strong organisational abilities with discretion for confidential information. Flexible local travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.
  • To collate, monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.
  • To ensure that admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.
  • Work flexibly across operational sites as required.

We have an exciting opportunity for anAdministrator to join our busy Manchester Service. Our Administratorshere atChange Grow Liveplay an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, providing administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, and ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals.

Where: Manchester (This role requires regular travel across Manchester to provide reception and administrative support across multiple Change Grow Live locations as required by service need)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities
