Job summary

Change Grow Live is recruiting a Part Time Administrator in the Criminal Justice Team based in Croydon, 22.5 hours per week, permanent. You will support referrals, maintain records and coordinate with probation, courts and police partners to ensure timely access to services.

This role requires strong admin experience, excellent communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on accuracy and proactive support within a busy, multi-agency environment.

• Completion of data matching exercises with prisons alongside team leader.
• Participation in completion of internal and external data audits alongside team leader.
• Support in completion of group case records.
• Support recovery coordinators by scheduling appointments and updating case records.

At Change Grow Live, we're looking for a Part Time Administrator to join our Criminal Justice Team in Croydon. This is an administrator role with a specialism in the criminal justice team, and therefore tasks and responsibilities will vary to a traditional admin role It's an opportunity to become part of a service that helps people build greater stability, improve wellbeing and create positive change in their lives.

Working at the heart of a busy, multi-agency environment, you'll help ensure information is where it needs to be, people remain connected and services continue to run smoothly. Your work will create the foundations that allow others to deliver life-changing support every day.

The OpportunityThis is a specialist administration role supporting our Criminal Justice Team and working closely with a wide range of partners, including probation services, courts, prisons and police teams. As a result, no two days are ever quite the same.

You'll play a vital role in bringing organisation, coordination and efficiency to a service that supports people at important points in their journey.

Whether you're managing referrals, maintaining essential records or supporting communication between partners, your contribution will help ensure people can access the right support at the right time.

How You'll Make an Impact

The Details:

Hours: 22.5 hours per week*

Contract type: Permanent

Additional Outer London Weighting paid pro rata.

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
