Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an organised Administrator to join a busy Supply & Planning team in Leeds (LS15). This hybrid role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with Mondays and Fridays working from home and the office on Tue–Thu.

The position is temporary until the end of 2026 with potential to extend or become permanent. The salary is £13.50 per hour, with on-site parking and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, supply chain, logistics or a similar role.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Supply & Planning team.
• Maintain and update records, spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyse and update information.
• Prepare reports and provide accurate information to the wider team.
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers as required.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy Supply & Planning team based in Leeds.

This is a varied and fast-paced administrative role, providing essential support to the team and helping ensure day-to-day planning and processes run smoothly.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating spreadsheets and systems, supporting planning and coordination activities, and following up on outstanding actions. You will also work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure information is accurate and tasks are completed on time.

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and detail-focused, with good Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Supply & Planning team
• Maintain and update records, spreadsheets and internal systems
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyse and update information
• Process and check data accurately, identifying and correcting discrepancies
• Support planning and coordination of day-to-day activities
• Monitor information and follow up on outstanding tasks and actions
• Prepare reports and provide accurate information to the wider team
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers when required
• Manage competing priorities and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify and resolve administrative issues where possible
• Support the wider team with general and ad hoc administrative tasks

About You

We're looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Administrator who is comfortable working in a busy environment and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, supply chain, logistics or a similar role
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using computer systems, databases and spreadsheets
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
