Job summary

HCRG Care Group in Camberley is seeking an Administrator to join our Intermediate Care team, providing essential administrative support to enable efficient patient care. You’ll help schedule multidisciplinary handover meetings, manage records, and keep information governance at the forefront.

The role is full-time and permanent, with shifts across 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll work with a supportive team and have access to development opportunities and employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organise and respond to changing priorities.
  • Experience in an office environment and meeting minutes preparation.
  • Knowledge of data protection and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Supports administration of multidisciplinary / handover meetings, ensuring patient records and agenda distribution.
  • Minute taking for weekly MDT and recording follow-up actions.
  • Monitor email inbox and coordinate with Ops lead, triage and referrals.
  • Be mindful of budgetary issues and safe use of resources.

# Vacancies Administrator## Job IntroductionWe have an opportunity within our Intermediate Care team to join us as an Administrator!The intermediate Care team provide the best care for the local community where you will have the chance to be a part of making a difference by providing comprehensive administrative support to the Intermediate Care Team. You will ensure that work is prioritised in order of urgency and support the Team Lead and Service Manager.This role is on a full-time, permanent basis where you will be based in Camberley. The service operates between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and your working pattern will be across 3 shifts.
