Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Sales Support specialist to assist our sales team in managing relationships with potential high-net-worth clients and investors. This role is crucial in supporting our business development efforts and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
  • Manage initial communication with potential high-net-worth clients and investors
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective clients
  • Prepare professional client correspondence and investment materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system
  • Assist with organizing exclusive client events and investment seminars
  • Support sales managers in preparing tailored investment proposals
  • Handle sensitive client information with appropriate confidentiality and discretion
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner and confident interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain composure when dealing with high-profile individuals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems

  • Salary range: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
