Description

The Administrative Specialist III role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the assigned department and administrative operations for more than one executive. This includes working closely with management and departmental staff, preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents; making travel arrangements; managing schedules and calendars; administering budgets; and performing other similar activities.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Four years of experience in an administrative support role required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
