Job Summary

This position provides high-level administrative and financial support to the CFO, Controller, Director of Finance, and Director of Revenue Cycle to ensure the goals of the Finance Team are met. The individual works closely with the Controller and Senior Accountant to process all payables for the organization and serves as a resource/liaison to Directors and staff regarding payables. Additionally, the Admin/Financial Assistant supports supply chain functions to ensure clinicians are equipped to provide proper care to clients.

Education

Associates Degree in Accounting or related business field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience
  • Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting, including general ledger coding and accounting principles. Knowledge of accounts payable functions is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft applications and communication tools.
  • Proven business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing team needs.
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism, kindness, and curiosity.
