Job summary

Amey is seeking a Permanent Administrator to join our Nuclear Restoration services team in Berkeley, Hamfield Lane, GL13 9PA. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, compressed to four days (Mon–Thu): 9.5 hours Mon-Wed, 9 hours on Thu.

You will process confidential information, support case management, maintain reports and spreadsheets, raise POs, liaise with stakeholders and follow directions from the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administration support role, ideally in construction.
• Able to manage timekeeping and prioritise workload.
• Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships.
• Familiar with management systems and data entry/reporting apps.

Responsibilities

• Process and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with the delivery of services to the client using a case management system.
• Receive and disseminate information to team members to ensure service delivery.
• Input to and maintain spreadsheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders.
• Raise purchase orders and arrange payment of invoices.
• Take direction from Facilities Manager and wider team members.
• Handle all other reasonable requests as determined by your line manager.
