Administrative Assistant to Property Manager

Location: Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Property Manager. The role involves assisting with daily property management tasks, with opportunities for training and career development, including enrollment in a Professional Diploma in Property Factoring and our in-house training program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance for common areas
  • Plan maintenance and manage client accounts
  • Coordinate maintenance contracts
  • Attend owners' meetings and AGMs as required
  • Conduct annual site inspections
  • Handle daily inquiries (excluding credit functions)
  • Assist in the sale of client properties
  • Update client information and newsletters
  • Monitor contractor lists and ensure documentation is current
  • Coordinate work with contractors
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed
  • Maintain Health and Safety files

You will work under the guidance of an experienced Property Manager who will mentor you throughout your development.
