St Patrick's Catholic Primary and Nursery School in Wilford, Nottingham, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the school office. The role is permanent, part-time (10 hours 30 minutes per week), term-time only, with a job-share arrangement.
You will interact with parents and staff, require strong administrative and communication skills, and maintain a calm, professional approach while delivering efficient office support. Salary is within the OLOL Band 2 scale.
We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school. Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.

This is a permanent, part time role advertised as a Job Share, and you will be completing 10 hours and 30 minutes of this position. The split of responsibilities will be confirmed by the school. As such, in the event of a job sharer leaving, the part time vacancy will be advertised following the normal recruitment procedure.
