St Patrick's Catholic Primary and Nursery School in Wilford is seeking a permanent administrator to lead the school office and administration team. You will be the daily contact for parents and staff, ensuring high-quality service and smooth office operations.
The role requires prior administrative experience, ideally in a school, with strong communication and a calm, professional approach. You will support senior leaders and teaching staff with a range of administrative tasks.
Working in our main school office you will provide a high-quality service, leading the administration team. You will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is a permanent full-time role working 16 hours and 15 minutes per week, term time only.
This is a permanent, part time role advertised as a Job Share, and you will be completing 16 hours and 15 minutes of this position. The split of responsibilities will be confirmed by the school. As such, in the event of a job sharer leaving, the part time vacancy will be advertised following the normal recruitment procedure.
