St Patrick's RC Primary School in Rochdale is seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant - Level 2 to join our team. You will provide essential administrative, reception and financial support to ensure the smooth running of the school.

As the first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils, you will help maintain records, support school events and assist with safeguarding and welfare. The role offers a dynamic, supportive environment within a Catholic community and opportunities

Job description

St Patrick's RC Primary School are currently seeking a highly motivated Administation Assistant - Level 2. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi academy trust.

We are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will provide essential administrative, reception and financial support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the school.

As the first point of contact for many visitors, parents and pupils, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming enviornment while supporting a wide range of administrative tasks, maintaining records, handling financial processes and assisting with school events and activities.
