Administrative Assistant, Conveyancing

Job Details

  • Experience: Minimum one year within property conveyancing
About the Role

The firm is seeking a friendly and highly organized individual to join their administrative support team. The primary focus will be to work alongside the Residential Property Department, providing administrative support to the Business Relationship Manager. This includes handling initial client queries for quotes on sales and purchases.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with client queries related to sales and purchases.
  2. Support the Residential Property Department and Business Relationship Manager.
  3. Prioritize workload and work independently.
  4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Basic understanding of sale and purchase processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Additional Information

Immediate start available. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:15. Benefits include attractive salary based on experience, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, holiday bonus scheme, firm-funded eye tests, and on-site parking.
