Qualifications

Europcar is looking for Rental Sales Agents

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys and excels in customer-facing roles? Do you enjoy achieving targets and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for Rental Sales Agents at our Bath location to work as part of our front desk team.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. Your responsibilities include providing world-class customer service and offering our range of additional products and services to enhance their journey. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality rental services to meet customer needs
• Recognising and reporting potential business opportunities and competitor activity
• Selling the company’s services and products to achieve sales targets
• Handling telephone inquiries professionally and politely
• Completing rental administration, vehicle documentation, and damage reports accurately
• Managing cash, vehicles, premises, and ensuring customer safety

Key skills and attributes required:

• A full, valid, clean driving licence with at least 4 years of driving experience is desirable
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to influence others and respond positively to objections
• Effective time management and task completion skills
• Ability to prioritise and stay organised under pressure
• Follow procedures and instructions diligently
