Job summary

Inshore Support LTD is recruiting two administrative assistants to join a team that provides care and support to adults with learning disabilities across residential and supported living services in the Black Country and Kidderminster areas. The role supports a busy office team based in Stourbridge, contributing to smooth operations for over 250 employees and more than 40 service users.

The successful candidates will handle telephone enquiries, data entry, recruitment inquiries, and scheduling,

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephones, taking enquiries and transferring calls.
  • Data input on the company’s IT and filing systems.
  • Supporting recruitment enquires and processing applications.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, training and servicing of equipment and vehicles.
  • Supporting multiple departments including Human Resources, Compliance, training and care services.

Job description

We are seeking two dedicated individuals who are motivated and detail-focused with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills and a professional approach to work, to join our team at Inshore Support.

Here at Inshore Support, we provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour across both residential and supported living services throughout the Black Country and Kidderminster areas.

Our homes are supported through a dedicated office team based in Stourbridge; you will contribute to the smooth running of services that support over 250 employees and more than 40 service users. This role involves working closely with staff at all levels to ensure that they are fully supported in providing the best quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephones, taking enquiries and transferring calls.
  • Data input on the company’s IT and filing systems.
  • Supporting recruitment enquires and processing applications.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, training and servicing of equipment and vehicles.
  • Supporting multiple departments including Human Resources, Compliance, training and care services.
Role Requirements
  • Ability to maintain a professional approach to your work.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain accurate, detailed records.
  • Experience handling telephone enquiries and conducting general administrative duties in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and apply effective problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to reliably commute or relocate to the Stourbridge, West Midlands area.
  • Previous experience in adult social care would be beneficial but not essential as a full training package is provided to the right candidates.
  • A Valid full UK driving license.
