Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Unit 9, Mackintosh Road, Rackheath Industrial Estate, NR13 6LJ

Hours: 20 – 25 hours per week

(Monday to Friday)

About Us:

CIM Signs and Graphics Ltd is a friendly, fast-paced signs and graphics company, and we’re looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a part-time role with flexible weekday hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working in a small business environment.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the office with a mix of admin tasks and customer service. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, has great attention to detail, and is happy to pitch in where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data input and keeping records up to date

- Handling phone and email enquiries

- Chasing outstanding customer payments

- General office cleaning and tidying

- Assisting with other administrative duties as required

- Assist with purchase ledger data entry and database management

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous admin or office experience preferred

- Confident communicating with customers

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confident operating office equipment like printers, copiers, and phone systems

- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries

- A positive attitude and team spirit
