Operations Administrative Assistant

Salary on appointment will be £23,881 per annum.
We are seeking a highly professional and efficient Operations Administrative Assistant to provide an outstanding customer service experience to The Enterprise Centre tenants and visitors. The Enterprise Centre is one of the greenest and most sustainable buildings in Europe, and serves as a hub for entrepreneurs, innovators and businesses committed to building a low carbon future. In addition to supporting The Enterprise Centre, you will assist the Operations Administrator in delivering an excellent Operations function to Research and Innovation Services.
You will be responsible for opening The Enterprise Centre daily, reception duties and will also provide general administrative support, as part of the overall Operations Team within Research and Innovation Services (RIN).
You must have a minimum of five passes at GCSE or equivalent qualification at Grades A-C including Mathematics and English (or equivalent experience), as well as proven recent experience of working in a busy administrative role.
This full-time post is available from immediately on a fixed-term basis for up to 9 months. Due to the nature of this role, there is no scope for hybrid working. The working pattern for this post is Monday – Friday, 8 - 4pm. Full training will be provided on the opening procedure for The Enterprise Centre.
