We wish to appoint an experienced administrator to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Health Improvement Service in Public Health.
- Duties will include:
- Arranging meetings/events, compiling and distributing agendas and papers, recording and preparing minutes, maintaining public-facing websites, supporting internal systems updates, and other related duties.
- The post holder will also coordinate and administer training courses delivered by the Health Improvement Team.
- The applicant must demonstrate proactive work ability, workload management, and judgment when dealing with senior managers, clinicians, staff, and external contacts.
- Applicants should be educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent with relevant administrative/secretarial experience, preferably in an NHS setting, or possess significant relevant experience in an NHS or similar environment.
- The post holder must have minute-taking skills, experience, and IT knowledge, specifically in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and adhere to the Code of Conduct throughout employment.
