What You’ll Do

• Prospecting Coordination: Initiate and manage all aspects of the prospecting process, including using tools like the FINANCIAL VIRTUES SURVEY and the Financial Vitals app. You’ll also coordinate prospective reviews to establish strong client relationships.
• Document Management: Collect and securely upload client tax returns into the Holistiplan portal for efficient financial analysis.
• Client and Advisor Support: Facilitate seamless client servicing by managing account openings, maintenance, and signature processes with ease through our AdviceWorks platform.
• CRM Management: Maintain and optimize client databases, ensuring data organization and accuracy for streamlined operations.
• Office Protection & Efficiency: Implement security protocols like the “Ten Steps to Protect Your Office” to ensure smooth workflows and workplace integrity.
• Technology Expertise: Confidently utilize Cetera tools and systems, including Docupace, Holistiplan, and AdviceWorks, to enhance your productivity and support advisors effectively.
• Ongoing Learning: Build expertise and continually sharpen your skills by completing training and certifications offered by Cetera.

What We’re Looking For

• Completion of the Administrative Professional Academy Fundamentals Level certification.
• Strong proficiency with Cetera’s tools, including AdviceWorks, Docupace, and Holistiplan.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to connect with advisors and clients effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prospecting tools like the FINANCIAL VIRTUES SURVEY and the Financial Vitals app.
• Familiarity with analyzing financial documents and utilizing Holistiplan for tax and financial data.
• Knowledge of account management workflows, including joint accounts and asset movement processes through AdviceWorks.
