Job description
Administrative Assistant – Plots Team

Osborne Clarke is an international legal practice with over 330 Partners in 26 locations. We are looking for an organised individual with excellent attention to detail to support the Plots conveyancing team, based in our Bristol office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all new home sale reservations received from house builder clients, following workflow and instructions from the admin team leader.
  • Ensure sale reservation forms are processed correctly and efficiently through our case management system, meeting strict KPI deadlines.
  • Create and send initial letters, sale contracts and accompanying documentation.
  • Liaise with client sales teams regarding reservation forms, as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team according to operational demands.
  • Deal with enquiries from clients, buyers' solicitors and colleagues, ensuring effective and accurate transfer of information.
  • Maintain matter documentation in both hard copy and electronic files, amending and formatting documentation as necessary to ensure information is correct.
  • Contribute to and action group inbox workstreams, organising workload to meet deadlines and complete all tasks.

About the Team

The Plots team sits within Real Estate and works closely with other areas of the business. The team is based in Bristol and Reading and consists of 18 conveyancers and 7 administrative assistants. Our clients are some of the UK's leading housebuilders, including Barratt Redrow, Bloor and Vistry.
