About the hours and salary
The role is based at the offices, with an opportunity to work from home when appropriate and agreed. The salary is £12.50 per hour, with an average of 15 hours per week, typically 5 hours per day. Evening and weekend work should not be required; additional pay would be discussed if necessary.

As a part-time Administration Assistant, you will support the District Secretary in providing effective administration for the four social lodges, with approximately 1100 members in Suffolk and North Essex. Reporting to the District Secretary, your responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will develop, or already possess, knowledge of the Friendly Society Rules and Procedures. Training will be provided, either in person or via Zoom. Membership benefits are available at no cost.
