The Henry County Courthouse is accepting applications/resumes for the position of Hillcrest Home Human Resource Associate until May 16, 2025, or until the position is filled. Responsibilities include payroll for all facility employees, new hire orientations, maintaining benefit enrollments, implementing new policies, and other applicable laws. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent and relevant job experience.

Benefits include affordable health, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; paid holidays and vacation; and IMRF pension. The starting salary ranges from $45,000 to $50,000.
