Join the Adventure – Become an Administration Assistant within our Guest Services Team at ROARR!

At ROARR!, we’re all about creating unforgettable experiences, sparking imagination, and delivering ROARR-some adventures for every guest who steps through our gates. Now, we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Guest Services team for the upcoming season.

PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – 2-3 days per week - permanent and seasonal (two opportunities)

This is your chance to be part of something special. As a key member of our front-line team, you’ll be the welcoming face of our award-winning park, making every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering exceptional guest service before, during and after visits
  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email, written correspondence and in person
  • Helping guests with directions, information and support throughout their visit
  • Managing bookings and sales for park tickets, events, Annual Passes and group packages (including School visits and Exclusive Adventure Hire)
  • Handling tills and computer systems with accuracy and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for great customer service
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using tills and computer systems
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays
