Role Expectations:

1. Proactively manage consultant relationships and deliver patient-focused services to ensure a positive private patient experience.
2. Manage a team of Receptionists and Coordinators at UCH.
3. Develop knowledge of pathways and workflows underpinning service delivery.
4. Handle urgent escalations effectively and work calmly under pressure.
5. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to improve services and meet national targets.
