We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated individual with previous staff management experience to work as part of the Radiology management team in this busy Radiology department.
The ideal candidate is expected to be proactive, driven, and highly motivated to succeed, as we encourage an increase in private patient footfall through the Imaging Division. They will manage consultant relationships and provide a patient-focused service to ensure a positive private patient experience.
Responsibilities include managing a team of Receptionists and Coordinators, developing knowledge of service pathways and workflows, handling urgent escalations, working under pressure, and engaging with key stakeholders to improve services and meet national targets.
