Job Title: Administration Team Leader

Location: Cotton Lake House, Crossways Business Park, Dartford, DA2 6QH

Type: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:30-18:00

Role Overview

The Administration Team Leader will oversee a small, multi-skilled administrative team within our Dartford Bupa Health Clinic. Responsibilities include supervising reception and back-office administration, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Address issues related to administration promptly, focusing on customer experience and team support.
  2. Share best practices within the administration team and across the organization.
  3. Monitor and manage all financial activities performed by the administrative team.
  4. Forecast weekly capacity to meet targets.
  5. Motivate and engage team members through coaching, briefings, and meetings, ensuring understanding of business objectives and their role in success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Experience in a busy clinical environment or as a medical secretary.
  • Previous leadership and people management experience.
  • Customer service experience with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
